For many doctors, your initial Strategy Retreat and follow-up Foundations for Success Program will meet your needs and keep you very busy for your initial membership year.  Other doctors will go home, shoot the "turkeys" on their teams, hire quality replacements, implement the appropriate marketing strategies, and ask What’s next? 

"Quest for the Best" - Team Building for doctors and staff is a comprehensive three-day, hands-on training program for you and all of your team members.  

Each team member will have his or her own curriculum of joint and specialized training.  The program will bring together an unprecedented collection of dental trainers to work with your team in the following areas:

 Individual Job Responsibilities – who is responsible and who is accountable

Conflict Resolution - between doctor and team, and between team members

Personal Financial Vision – financial and lifestyle planning for team members

Team Marketing Training – the verbal skills and systems you need to make new patient marketing an integral part of your practice’s protocols

Individual Goal Setting – strategies for achieving personal performance “Best” from each team member

High-Efficiency Scheduling – for minimum stress and maximum productivity

High-Efficiency Financial Arrangements – to cut collections losses to zero and double your rate of case acceptance

 High-Efficiency Recall/Recare Training – to fill doctor and hygiene schedules every day

Introduction to Advanced Hygiene Concepts – for doctor and hygiene teams that want to provide optimal patient care

Team Bonus Program Training – to introduce or update you and your team in the latest incentive strategies.

For full Alliance Continuum Member doctors, there is no additional fee for your personal attendance at the "Quest for the Best" - Team Building program - so long as you attend the program within twelve months of your initial Strategy Retreat.
